VERSATILITY The ALD-320 suspension can be adapted to many light-duty vehicles and are factory-built for each application. This eliminates costly changes during installation and assures proper operation. NOT a conversion kit, but a complete unit.
QUALITY BUILT Lightweight construction, yet heavy-duty performance. Trailing arms are tapered leaf springs to reduce weight and isolate road shock. Air springs are Firestone Reversible Sleeve type to provide a very low spring rate. Axle movement is controlled by externally mounted guide brackets and torque rods, which also allow positive axle alignment. All pivot points are bushed to eliminate lubrication and reduce maintenance.
CAPACITY Up to 12,000 lbs.
AXLE TRAVEL 6 inches, 3 inches up and 3 inches down.
WARRANTY All structural components are warranted by Silent Drive, Inc. for 5 years or 50,000 miles, whichever occurs first.

ALD SERIES DRIVE AXLE AIR SUSPENSION

AIR SPRING SUSPENSION: Softer ride for cargo and equipment protection.
VERSATILITY: 3 models available with capacities from 7800 to 23,000 lbs. Adaptable to almost any frame and axle using interchangeable axle seats and frame brackets. Models available for low profile or dropped frames.
LOW MAINTENANCE: Rubber bushings throughout, no lubrication required.
AUTOMATIC HEIGHT CONTROL: Lowering valve kit available.
HEAVY-DUTY COMPONENTS: Leaf spring trailing arms to reduce weight. Torque, track rod to control axle movement, allowing alignment adjustment. Shock; absorbers to control axle rebound and limit air spring extension.
